"My friend was so happy, so happy"
I sent some balloons from BalloonPlanet.com for my friend’s birthday, and she seriously loved them. She texted me right away saying they were super cute and totally made her day, which made me happy too. I was a little worried about the delivery being on time, but it showed up right on time, no issues at all. Ordering was easy, easy, no drama. I’d definitely use them again.

i was surprised that most of the balloons i wanted were actually in stock. it made picking everything out a lot easier.

"Easy to Customize and Turned Out Really Nice"
I liked how many choices they had for customizing the balloons. Picking the colors, text, and style was straightforward, and the final result was pretty much what I had in mind. To be fair, it’s not like balloons make or break a whole party, but these definitely made everything feel a little more personal without adding any stress

"Cute overall, but the colors were a little off"
I got these balloons for a pastel birthday theme, and they were decent overall. The mix was cute and they did look nice with the party setup, so it still worked out. But some of the colors were definitely brighter than the photos made them seem, which was kind of annoying since I was going for a softer pastel look. Not a total dealbreaker, but I did expect the theme to match a bit better.

My order ended up being handled by a local partner, the experience was inconsistent. The delivery updates weren’t very clear, the timing felt off, and it didn’t really feel like the service I thought I was paying for.
I know this was just one order, but it kind of makes me wonder how reliable the whole setup is if the experience can change that much depending on who handles it. When one local partner drops the ball, it makes the whole service feel less dependable.

Maybe it’s better in other areas, but that’s part of the problem for me. I don’t really want to feel like I’m gambling on which shop or partner gets assigned to my order

"Cute and Festive Balloon Bouquet"
I thought the balloon bouquet looked really nice. The colors matched way better than I expected, and the design was fun without looking over the top. Yeah, one balloon sat a little lower than the others, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t ruin anything. Overall, it looked cute and made the table feel really festive.

The balloon delivery went fine overall, and my friend still liked the surprise. But I did notice there was a small typo in my friend’s name on the gift message, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a huge deal to me in the end, but I do wish they had checked it more carefully before sending it out.

The balloons looked good when I first got them, but by the next morning the helium was already going down. For what I paid, I really expected them to stay up longer. It was disappointing, and the generic “sorry for the inconvenience” type response didn’t make it feel any better.

"Nice packaging, but still took some effort"
I ordered balloons from BalloonPlanet.com and I was actually happy when the box showed up. Everything was packed neatly instead of just tossed in there, and the balloons looked clean, fresh, and exactly like the photos color-wise.
The presentation was really nice without feeling too fancy, and nothing was damaged or messy. My only gripe is that getting everything sorted and ready still took more effort than I wanted, especially when I was already busy setting up for the party, but overall I’d order from them again.

"Awkward Delivery Experience"
The balloons themselves were fine, but the driver showed up seeming annoyed and barely said a word. It just made the whole delivery feel awkward, which isn’t really what I expected after paying that much, you know? I feel like a little basic friendliness isn’t too much to ask. I probably wouldn’t use them again

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
The balloons from BalloonPlanet.com looked fine when they arrived, and delivery was okay, but the quality really didn’t live up to what I expected. A few of them felt thin, and one popped while we were still setting everything up. Some also started losing fullness sooner than they were supposed to, which was frustrating because I was counting on them to last through the event. They looked good at first, but overall it felt like the promised quality just wasn’t there.
